People think it’s odd that I don’t drive the big equipment, but like you I know what my strengths are. I keep the farm records and do the financials, pay the bills, pack and deliver the lunches, move equipment from farm to farm. . My children were able to make the 4-H meetings, and ball practices because I wasn’t in the day-to-day operation full time. My contribution to the farm is no less than the full-time operator. It has worked for us for 41 years.
