Hey Leslie – I’m sorry there are no measurements I’m super bad about that – it’s gonna depend on the size of mug or mugs you use! A good way to measure the milk to heat is to simply fill the mug you are using with your cold milk, as many times as you need cups of hot chocolate and pour into the pan and heat that amount then start with 1-2 Dove chocolates in each mug – hope that clears up any confusion!

I was thrilled to find a recipe using Dove chocolate but disappointed to see no measurements in the recipe. I know that hot chocolate can be made to personal preferences, but I wanted a better starting point.
