Cocktail Simple Syrup
A rich simple syrup that is easy to make and works perfect for cocktails and keeps in the refrigerator for 3-4 weeks.
Prevent your screen from going dark
Add the water and sugar to a small saucepan, heat on low heat until sugar is completely dissolved.
DO NOT LET COME TO A ROLLING BOIL
Allow to cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Will keep 3-4 weeks.
For traditional simple syrup use a 1:1 ratio of sugar and water.
