Easy Seedless Blackberry Syrup
A sweet fresh blackberry syrup that is great for pancakes in the morning all the way to ice cream for dessert!
Prevent your screen from going dark
- 4 cups blackberries
- 1⅓ cups sugar
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup water
Rinse your berries
Add the berries, sugar, lemon juice and water to a pan on medium heat, stir to combine
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Once mixture comes to a rolling boil, continue cooking and stirring for 2 more minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool for a couple of minutes, then strain mixture through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
