Homemade Sausage Gravy

- 1 pound of sausage
- 4 Tablespoons of butter
- 4 Tablespoons of flour
- 1 teaspoon of chicken base
- 2 cups of milk
Brown the sausage, don't drain the fat!
Add in the butter and flour till melted and coating the sausage crumbles.
Add in milk and chicken base, stir and cook until bubbly and thick enough to coat the back of the spoon!
Serve over warm biscuits or stand over the stove and eat by the spoonful!!
