Fresh Easy Guacamole
Prevent your screen from going dark
- 4 ripe Avocados
- 1/2 cup finely minced red onion
- 3 serrano chilis seeded and finely chopped (jalapeƱo will work also)
- 4 Tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
- 2 Tablespoons lime juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Remove the seed and skin from the avocados and mash with a fork.
Combine remaining ingredients with the avocado.
Serve immediately (or eat it all yourself!!) or store in refrigerator tightly covered until ready to serve.
