This Southwest Steak Fajita Salad made with a flank steak is super easy to throw together while the steak is on the grill and is super delicious!

Fajita Steak Marinade

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons lime juice or lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced


  • Combine all ingredients in a ziplock bag and mix well.
  • Put Flank Steak in to marinate. Allow for at least an hour but can leave overnight.
