Easy Dill Potato Salad
Prevent your screen from going dark
- 1.5 pounds of baby red potatoes or baby golden - both work very well
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 1 cup of Hellmans Mayo
- 1/2 cup finely diced sweet onion
- 2-3 tablespoons of dried dill weed
- salt and pepper to taste
Boil potatoes until fork tender, cool on paper towel till easy to handle, cut into bite sizes
Dice hard boiled eggs
Combine all ingredients in a bowl stirring carefully to combine.
