Instructions
Place all ingredients in your Instant Pot - put the lid on and make sure the vent is set to seal.
Set to pressure cook for 20 minutes per pound of thawed meat - so a 3-pound roast should be set to pressure cook for 60 minutes.For frozen meat add 10 minutes per pound of meat - a 3 pound frozen roast will be set to pressure cook for 90 minutes
Natural Release for 10-15 minutes, carefully release any remaining pressure and remove lid
Once cool enough to handle, shred and put in freezer appropriate containers and beef broth can be put in jars for future use.
