In a plastic pitcher or mixing bowl combine the coconut water, coconut milk, coconut cream, and coconut extract with a whisk or immersion blender. This can be done ahead of time but could need to be re-mixed, the nature of these ingredients causes separation but this isn't a big deal just give a quick stir.
When ready to serve add the tequila, Grand Marnier, coconut rum, lime juice, and simple syrup - stir to combine.
Taste test and add more simple syrup if needed.
To rim the glasses simply dip the edge of the glass in simple syrup or run the lime wedge around the edge of the glass then dip in your choice of rimming options.
Serve by the pitcher with optional garnishes or rimmed glasses
