Birthday Cake Martini
A simple cocktail with a spinkle rim WOW factor!
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces whipped cream vodka
- 1 ounce cranberry juice
- 2 ounces Prosecco
- ice
- icing
- colored sugar sprinkles to rim glass
Instructions
- Place your sprinkles of choice on a small plate, dip the rim of your glass into the frosting (or you can use a knife or your finger to spread around rim) then immediately dip the frosted rim into your sprinkles - set glass aside.
- Fill a cocktail shaker, or a jar that has a secure lid, with ice then add the whipped cream vodka and cranberry juice - give a good shake for 15-20 seconds.
- Strain into your rimmed cocktail glass and add the Prosecco!
