Easy Homemade Alfredo Sauce

- 4 Tablespoons butter
- 1-2 cloves of fresh garlic minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups fresh parmesan grated
In a deep skillet melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic-cook until fragrant but be careful garlic burns easily and gets bitter
Add cream and parmesan cheese, stirring to combine
Cook on low to medium heat until cheese is melted and sauce is thick and warm
Serve over fettuccini noodles with grilled chicken
This recipe easily doubles and triples for easy leftovers or big families!
