Pan Fried Baby Potatoes are a super easy to prepare side dish that compliments any meat and completes your meal!

Pan Fried Baby Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1.5 pound bag of small baby, dutch, little potatoes - quartered
  • Salt and Pepper to taste or your favorite seasoned salt like Lawry's

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil and butter in skillet
  • Add quartered potatoes and salt and pepper
  • Allow to fry, stir occasionally allowing to potatoes brown
  • Lower heat, cover pan and steam and cook till potatoes are fork tender
