Ingredients
  

  • 5-6 large frozen solid chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Warm the Instant Pot up with the saute mode.
  • Pour in your chicken broth
  • Place rack in the pot
  • Season each chicken breast with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder
  • Layer/stack frozen chicken breasts on the rack
  • Put lid on, valve to seal and cook for 15 minutes - can do quick release if in a hurry, I just let it release naturally.
