Homemade Applesauce

- 6 apples peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup apple cider or apple juice
- 2 Tablespoons white sugar
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Add all the ingredients to a pan and stir.
Cook on medium heat until apples are fully cooked, soft and breaking apart-depending on apple type 30-45 minutes.
Put cooked mixture through a food mill and refrigerate.
