Instructions
Stir together the oats, peanut butter and honey along with any additional add-ins- I used approximately 1/2 cup of each add in.
Allow to sit in refrigerator for about 5 minutes to chill enough to roll into balls.
Roll into balls of desired size, mine were about a tablespoon size each, place energy bites back in refrigerator for another 5 minutes then dust in powered sugar.
Store in refrigerator.
