can creamed corn

can whole corn
drained or equivalent amount of fresh off the cob & blanched corn

pkg Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1
c.
sour cream

eggs-beaten

TBS
butter-melted

TBS
mayonaise
2
TBS
maple syrup
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and pour into a 2 quart casserole dish that has been sprayed with non-stick oil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
