Combine 1 gallon of corn, 1 quart of of water, 2 tsp of salt and 1 cup of sugar in a large pan. Once corn starts to warm allow to simmer for 10 minutes then place entire pan in a cold water bath (we use the sink) to cool enough to handle. Fill ziplock bags of your size choice with the amount of your choice. Seal squeezing excess air out and lay flat in freezer.
