Quick Easy Homemade Salsa
A fresh easy salsa made quickly using a food processor or blender.
Prevent your screen from going dark
- 3 cups rough chopped chunks of fresh tomatoes
- 1/2 cups rough chopped white onion
- 1-2 jalapenos - seeded and rough chopped
- 1/3-1/2 cup fresh cilantro-depending how well you like cilantro
- 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- more salt to taste if needed
Add the chunks of tomatoes, onions, jalapenos and cilantro to your food processor or blender - process until well blended and no large chunks remain
Pour into a large bowl - add vegetable oil, vinegar, salt and pepper - stir well to combine
TASTE TEST - add more salt to taste if necessary
If there is any left store in an air tight container in the refrigerator
