Ranch Chicken Tater-Tot Casserole
A one dish meal made with rotisserie Chicken and tater-tots.

- 1 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 1 ounce packet Ranch seasoning
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 shredded rotisserie chicken approx. 4 cups shredded chicken
- 1 32 ounce package tater tots
- 1 pound bacon - cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
In a bowl combine cream of chicken, sour cream, ranch seasoning packet, and milk
Add the shredded chicken and bacon crumbles to the cream mixture and stir
Spray a 9x13 pan with non-stick spray and line with the tots then spread the chicken mixture over the tots and cover with the shredded cheese
Cover with foil and bake in a 350° pre-heated oven for 35-40 minutes
Uncover and cook for an additional 5-8 minutes until cheese is bubbly and browned
