Fiesta Party Dip

A super easy full of flavor dip for a crowd or for a snack, make-ahead or keep in the refrigerator for afterschool snacks.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packets Ranch Seasoning
  • 16 ounce container sour cream
  • 1 16 ounce can Ro-Tel
  • 1 can corn - drained - any flavor you like works
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can black beans - drained and rinsed OPTIONAL

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl stirring to combine thoroughly.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite chips or store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
