Crock Pot Creamy Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

- 32 oz. bag of diced frozen hash browns
- 1 can Cream of Potato Soup
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 lb container of sour cream
- 1 lb of shredded cheese any kind or combination works
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cups petite diced ham-left over ham or smoked chops work great
- 4 Tablespoons butter cut into small cubes
Combine soups, sour cream, cheese, and cream in crock pot
Stir in diced frozen hash browns and diced ham
Scatter butter cubes on top
Put lid on and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours
