Lemon Lucious Pie
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tablespoons corn starch
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 Tablespoon grated lemon rind
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 unbeaten egg yolks
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 baked pie shell
- 1 container Cool Whip topping
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan stir together sugar and cornstarch
- Add butter, lemon rind, lemon juice egg yolks and milk to sugar and corn starch
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and allow to cool slightly
- Fold in sour cream, combine completely and allow to cool
- Spoon into baked pie shell and top whole pie with Cool Whip
