Yum Yum Potatos
Creamy, cheesy, potatoes side-dish for any day of the week and awesome for holiday dinners.
- 32 oz. bag of diced frozen hash browns
- 2 cans Cream of Potato Soup
- 1 lb container of sour cream
- 1 lb of shredded cheese grated
- 1 stick of butter cut into small cubes
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stirring until well combined, spread in a 9X13 pan.
Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, remove foil and bake for 15 more minutes.
