Cheesy Chicken Tenders

- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 cups cornflakes crushed
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 pounds of boneless chicken tenderloins
Preheat oven to 375 degrees, spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray
Combine flour salt and pepper in shallow dish
Whisk eggs and milk in a shallow dish
Combine cheese and crushed cornflakes in a shallow dish
Pat chicken tenderloins dry with paper towels
Dip each tenderloin in flour mixture, then egg mixture, then cornflake and cheese mixture
Place coated tenderloins on baking sheet
Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is done and coating is crispy
