Crock Pot Chili Con Queso Dip

- 1 pound of sausage
- 2 pound box of Velveeta cheese cut into cubes
- 1 can of Ro-Tel
Put the sausage in the crock pot and turn on high.
Leave cooking and stir a few times until the sausage is fully cooked and crumbled.
Depending on your crock pot - times vary - but mine takes about 2 hours.
Once sausage is browned and crumbled add the entire can of Ro-Tel and all the cubed Velveeta.
Stir occasionally to combine as the cheese melts.
Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips.
