Chicken Taco Bowls
Prevent your screen from going dark
- 3-4 chicken breasts
- 1 - 15 ounce can black beans rinsed
- 1 jar of your favorite salsa
- 1 can of corn
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 Tablespoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup of water
- salt and pepper
- Serve over your favorite white rice topped with shredded cheddar cheese and fresh diced cilantro!
Add all ingredients except chicken to crock pot and stir to combine.
Place chicken in crock pot and cover chicken completely in mixture.
Cook on Low for 8 hours.
Serve over your favorite white rice, topped with shredded cheddar cheese and fresh diced cilantro!
