Blend together butter, sugar and brown sugar in a large bowl, mix well. Add eggs and vanilla; set aside. Working in batches, process oats in a blender or food processor until powdery. Combine oats, flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda in a large bowl, mix into butter mixture. Stir in chocolate chips, grated chocolate and nuts. Form into golf ball size balls, arrange on ungreased baking sheets 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 6-10 minutes. Makes 10 dozen.
