Mix together sugar, flour and eggs until well combined
Stir in cut up rhubarb and strawberries into flour, sugar and egg mixture carefully - until well combined
Place one pie crust into pie pan and add pie filling mixture
On top of pie filling mixture place dots of butter
Add top crust - can make lattice or place whole crust on top just be sure to cut slits to release steam
Combine milk and sugar and brush top pie crust
Bake in 400° pre-heated oven for approximatley 45 minutes - pie filling should be bubbly. You can put foil or a pie crust shield to keep the edges from browing too much
