Ingredients

sugar for tube pan
Instructions
Butter a
10 inch tube pan
than sprinkle pan with 1/4 cup sugar
Add the butter to your mixer and whip it - whip it good - like 3-4 minutes, the longer you whip it the paler the butter becomes - this is a good thing
Gradually add the sugar to the butter while the mixer is on and again, whip it good, long enough that the sugar crystals almost dissolve in the butter
Add the eggs one at a time, until well combined
Alternate adding the flour and milk to the mixing bowl
Add the extracts
Pour cake batter into tube pan and bake in a 300 degree pre-heated oven for approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Cool in pan for 10 minutes, than turn out and cool completely - if you can wait!
