Glazed Ham Loaf

Ham Loaf
- 1.5 pounds ground ham
- 1.5 pounds ground pork
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
Glaze
- 1/2 cup Vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Combine all Ham Loaf ingredients in a bowl, mix together by hand throughly
Form into 2 loaves and place in a 9x13 casserole dish
Whisk glaze ingredients together and entire mixture over ham loaves
Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for an hour and a half, basting every 20 minutes
