Cheesy Chicken Tenders



  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 cups cornflakes crushed
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 pounds of boneless chicken tenderloins


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees, spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray
  • Combine flour salt and pepper in shallow dish
  • Whisk eggs and milk in a shallow dish
  • Combine cheese and crushed cornflakes in a shallow dish
  • Pat chicken tenderloins dry with paper towels
  • Dip each tenderloin in flour mixture, then egg mixture, then cornflake and cheese mixture
  • Place coated tenderloins on baking sheet
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is done and coating is crispy
