Golden Mushroom Chicken

- 2 chicken breasts-bone in
- 3 chicken legs-bone in
- 5 potatoes peeled and quartered
- 8 carrots peeled and cut into 3-4 inch pieces
- 2 onions peeled and halved
- 2 cans Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 can of water
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Salt and pepper the chicken on both sides.
Brown chicken on both sides in a little bit of oil in your dutch oven or large skillet with a lid.
Add the carrots, potatoes and onions to the pan, pour in both cans of soup and the water.
Cover with lid and place in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 1.5 hours.
