Instant Pot Easy Peel Hard Boiled Eggs

Equipment

  • Instant Pot

Ingredients
  

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Add the 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot.
  • Place the steaming rack inside the Instant Pot and place eggs on steamer rack.
  • Place lid on, set to high pressure for 5-7 minutes - depending on how hard you like the yolk on your hard boiled eggs. The pictured eggs were cooked for 7 minutes.
  • Once pressure time is done, do a quick release. Carefully remove inner pot or remove eggs and quickly give eggs a cold water rinse and soak to cool.
  • I run cold cold water into my inner Instant Pot, once cool drain water, give the eggs in the metal inner pot a good shake to break shells and peel!
