Line a 9x13 baking dish with enough parchment paper so that it comes up the sides and hangs over by an inch or so. This makes removing the bars from the pan easy.You can also use a bar pan to bake as well.
In a large bowl stir together the oats and the Rice Krispies
Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and add in any other ingredients that you'd like to flavor your bars with and stir carefully until everything is combined and coated in the sweetened condensed milk.
Put into the lined 9x13 and lightly press flat and even in the dish.
Bake for 23-26 minutes until lightly browned around the edges, remove from oven and allow to cool then cut into bars or squares.
Store in an air tight container. These also freeze well!
