Add the sugar to the chocolate and butter mixture, stir to combine.
Add both eggs to the bowl and stir to comvine completely.
Stir in the vanilla and the oat flour until completely combined and batter is smooth, will be thick.
Spray a 9x9 or 8x8 baking dish with non-stick spray and pour batter into baking dish.
Bake in pre-heated 350° oven for 25-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
