The ultimate classic that is easy to fix and easy to eat!
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups quick oats
In a medium saucepan combine the sugar, milk and cocoa.Bring to a rolling boil, stirring while it cooks.
Remove from heat and add butter, peanut butter and vanilla - stir until fully incorporated and smooth.
Fold in all the oats.
Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper, parchment paper or a cookie sheet and allow to set up.
