Now add in the 2 cups of beef broth slowly while whisking, once incorporated add the worseteshire sauce - continue to cook on low heat while whisking and gravy will thicken.
Once gravy is to the desired thickness turn heat off, add salt and pepper to taste.
If gravy seems to thick add a Tablespoon of beef broth at a time until it is the desired consistency.
