This is such an easy spice mix to make. Simply measure the ingredients into a container with a lid and give a good shake. I like to also give it a good shake right before I measure out some for use.

Homemade Gingerbread Spice Mix
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons ground allspice
- 2 Tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons ground ginger
- 1 Tablespoon ground cloves
- 1 Tablespoon ground nutmeg
- pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Measure all spices into a jar, place lid on tightly and give a good shake to mix together.
- Store in an airtight container
